Potential franchisees must have $150,000 in liquid assets (such as stocks, marketable securities, or cash) plus a total net worth of $250,000. The total cost per unit will vary depending on the size and the scope of that particular market and location. Learn More

Which Wich? does not offer financing, however, we can direct individuals to financing options that other Which Wich? franchisees have used in the past for construction, SBA loans, and equipment leasing.

Royalty fees are 6% of gross sales. The national Brand Development Fund is 3% of gross sales.

We promise to take good care of you. All new franchisees participate in a two-week training program in Dallas, Texas. This comprises real-life management experience and in-depth tutorial about the Which Wich? Brand and Vibe. But it doesn’t end there. Our sandwich franchise offers many opportunities for continued and extended education after your store opens. From digital training, on-site expertise, best-in-class franchise business consultants, field marketing managers, and discipline-specific specialists, Which Wich? takes training to a new level.

At Which Wich?, it is important to be involved in your business and understand what's happening day to day. We also understand that you may have other business or commitments that are under your control as many of our franchisees are multi-unit operators of our franchise and others.
