Which Wich is strategically positioned in the fast casual sector, the fastest growing segment of the restaurant industry. By design, we have eliminated most of the moving parts in typical restaurants, and this proprietary system creates maximum efficiency, thereby controlling costs and improving the bottom line.

A bold color palette of black, white, and yellow; contemporary design elements; and community features combine to form a unique aesthetic that complements our one-of-a-kind ordering system and sandwich bags. The sleek environment is achieved through clean lines, sealed concrete floors, ample use of stainless steel and galvanized metals, and sealed birch veneer wainscot panels and millwork. Which Wich fixtures and decor—from towel dispensers to the yellow-accented clips used on the zip lines—are custom made to maintain a consistent style statement that signifies the Which Wich brand. Warmth comes from the bright yellow accent walls and “vibes,” which symbolize our commitment to individuality and self-expression. Newspaper reading stations, free wi-fi, and the wall of sandwich-bag “artwork” foster a sense of community.
