Which Wich has partnered with a leading customer and real estate analytics firm to help identify our best customers and trade areas for new locations. Site selection is a complex process that involves collaboration between the franchisee, the Which Wich Support Center team, and our preferred real estate brokers specializing in restaurant placement. The franchisee is ultimately responsible for selecting and securing a site, negotiating a lease, and building out the restaurant, but the real estate and franchise development team is available every step of the way.
CONSTRUCTION
Which Wich takes a hands-on approach during the construction process to support every franchisee. Our vast network of approved vendors, architects, and general contractors is integral to the success of the development process. Our development team manages the logistics, from help with ordering vendor packages to coordination of various installs. The franchisee ultimately is responsible for managing their store project, but the Which Wich development team provides support unrivaled in the industry.
TRAINING
Which Wich trains franchisees and their teams at the Which Wich Support Center in Dallas. Our two-week training session, called Which University, involves classroom time and plenty of hands-on training. The goal of Which U is to teach each franchisee how to run the business—and setting him or her up for success.
PURCHASING & DISTRIBUTION
