Our Story
People are always asking me how I came up with the idea for Which Wich. Well, I suppose the idea was always buried in my subconscious. Perhaps I can trace it back to elementary school, when I read about sandwiches and brown bagging it in the Peanuts Lunchtime Cookbook. Or maybe I should credit my mom, who used to pack my lunch in a brown bag and write my name and the contents on the bag before sticking it in the refrigerator.What I do know for certain is I’m living my dream. I’m a serial entrepreneur who likes to create restaurant brands, and, for me, Which Wich is as good as it gets. There have been some magical moments in this company’s history, including the day I bought the Which Wich trademark, which had been abandoned by Kraft only 30 days prior. Or the QSR cover story that came out the same month we opened the doors on our first store in downtown Dallas.
I know there are many more magical moments ahead. I’m not the only one stoked about this brand. The restaurant industry has taken notice, and guests around the country have fallen in love with our superior concept. Soon, the world will be talking about Which Wich. How Which Wich grew from one store in Dallas to a cutting-edge national sandwich brand.

Which Wich was a hit from the moment it opened its doors in 2003, so we began franchising in 2005. Which Wich has received local recognition in nearly every market it serves, as well as industry accolades. In 2007, Which Wich was honored with the coveted Hot Concepts! Award from Nation’s Restaurant News, the premier trade publication for the restaurant industry. In 2010, Which Wich was named the fastest growing restaurant chain in the United States and Canada by Chain Restaurant Guide. We also are consistently ranked among the top 20 fastest growing concepts on RestaurantChains.net.
